Livewires has been a small (perhaps tiny) business going on for over 25 years now! Thank you for making this art possible. Over the last quarter century, Livewires have evolved to become unique and whimsical wire horse ornaments and sculptures. They aim to bring smiles!
Each Livewire is handmade from quality copper or aluminum coated wire and all are available in a variety of colors and with or without colorful beads. Livewires make wonderful gifts for both avid horse-lovers and those who simply admire horses from afar.

When did this wiring start?
Makendra started making Livewires in 1995 when she was just twelve years old from baling wire in the barn. In 2022 she passed on the business to Jaden.

What are Livewires made of?
Livewires are made of non-tarnish, coated copper or aluminum wire in a variety of colors and gauges. Glass and wooden beads along with semi-precious stones are also used in the making of Livewires. The string burned at the end so it will not fray. 
Can a local tackshop sell Livewires?
Just ask the staff to contact Jaden if they are interested in selling Livewires. You can also contact Jaden to recommend a shop or gallery.Can I send a LIvewire as a gift?

How do Livewires ship?
Livewires are quite light and unless you order a sculpture or have requested overnight shipping, your Livewires will arrive via good old-fashioned US Post! Livewires ship from Oregon unless I am traveling. When will I receive my Livewire?
You will receive an email within a few days of ordering letting you know when we expect to ship your Livewire(s). Sometimes I can ship custom orders within in a few days but more often it will take about two - four weeks for you to receive your package. During the holidays it can be especially busy and I do so appreciate you ordering as early as possible for the holidays. Show Barn Livewires generally ship within 48 hours of the order being received!
What if my Livewire gets hurt or a little out of wack? Please email Jaden a photo of your Livewire and she can help you over email or phone for small adjustments. If something really has gone awry, you may need to mail in your Livewire for repair and it will be fixed and returned to you, no charge. However, if a puppy gets a hold of your Livewire or a curious toddler, it may be time for a new one! These things happen :)
Wire Trainer: Jaden lives with her family and many animals in Oregon. She loves spending time with her animals, going to gymkhanas, and training horses.
